All major credit cards and HSA cards are accepted. An invoice can be provided upon request.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session. Initial session bookings require payment via credit card or HSA card.
Full session rates apply to missed appointments and to appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice. Please send an email if rescheduling is needed.
In-network coverage is available with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. Out-of-network services may also be reimbursable—superbills can be provided for insurance submission.
* SPACE therapy is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
